Aviva Industries Ltd. - Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from the date of the notice i.e. Monday, January 21, 2019 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company to the stock exchange (both days inclusive) for insiders and their immediate relatives. Accordingly, Insiders and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to enter any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the closure of the trading window.
