Subsequently the company had applied for Change of Name of the Company to The Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra Mumbai.
We are pleased to inform you that Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai has approved the Change of Name of the Company and issued Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated 16th October, 2018 effecting Change of Name from Bagadia Colourchem Limited to Fundviser Capital (India) Limited.
