The Board at its meeting held today i.e. 16th July, 2019 considered and approved the following:

- Accept the resignation of Mrs. Manisha Agarwal from the post of Director of the Company w.e.f. 16.07.2019.

- Accept the resignation of Mr. Vikash Gupta from the post of Director of the Company w.e.f. 16.07.2019

- Appointment of Mrs. Shrena Kalpesh Shah as additional Independent Non executive Director w-e-f 16-07-2019 for a term of 5 years, subject to regularization by the shareholders of the Company in the upcoming AGM.

- Appointment of Mr. Shailesh Becharbhai Patel as additional Independent Non executive Director w-e-f 16-07-2019 for a term of 5 years, subject to regularization by the shareholders of the Company in the upcoming AGM.
