This is to inform you that:
1. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015: A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 4 August 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2017.
2. Trading Window closure: The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 25 July 2017 to 7 August 2017 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
