Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SecuritiConsidered and approved appointment of M/s. Bhatter & Paliwal, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditor of the company, in place of the existing Auditor i.e. Shankarlal Jain and Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, subject to members approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
It is hereby further informed that the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company shall be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 11.30 A.M at the Registered Office of the Company at 404, Niranjan, 99 Marine Drive, Marine Lines, Mumbai – 400 002 to transact the businesses as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated July 31, 2017.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Book Closure date shall be from September 17, 2017 to September 23, 2017 (both days inclusive).
