Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and other connected persons; the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from October 1, 2018 for the Companys Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the aforesaid Regulations and Code and the trading window will re-open after expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours post the financial results for the quarter and six months ending on September 30, 2018 are made generally available.
