Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday, 03rd July, 2019 has inter alia considered and approved:

1.Appointment of Mr. Gautam Pravinchand Jain (DIN - 08456168) as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f Wednesday, 3rd July, 2019.

Mr. Gautam Pravinchand Jain (DIN - 08456168) is not debarred from holding the office of a Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other Authority.

2.Appointment of Ms. Pujal Padamchand Lalwani as a Whole time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f Wednesday, 3rd July, 2019.

Further, the additional details required under the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed herewith.
