Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations 2015 and in pursuance of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules made there under that the Register of Members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 16.09.2017 to 29.09.2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29th September, 2017.
E-voting period commences on 26th September, 2017 (10.00 hrs) and closes on 28th September, 2017 (18.00 hrs). The Cutoff date / Record date is 15th September, 2017.
We declare that, all good delivery of securities received for transfer up to 26th August, 2017 have been duly transferred and dispatched to all the transferees. We further undertake that the Company will accept for registration of transfers that are lodged with the Company up to the date of closure of the Transfer Books and save as provided in Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations 2015, will register such transfers forthwith and unless the Exchange agrees otherwise, the Company will defer, until the Transfer Books have been reopened, registration of any transfers which may be received after the closure of the Transfer Books.
