Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 29th May, 2019 at Mumbai, inter-alia to consider and approve the following:

1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2019.

2. To recommend payment of dividend on equity shares of the Company, if any.
Further, to inform you that as per the Garware Polyester Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Conduct), the trading window of the Company which has been closed for publication of financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019 shall remain closed upto Friday, 31st May, 2019 (both days inclusive).
