Goldiam International Ltd. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons; the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Companys Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the aforesaid Regulations and Code with effect from July 4, 2019 and the trading window will reopen after expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours post the financial results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2019 are made generally available.
