Further to our earlier intimation dated 26.04.2019 on the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that the Honble Guwahati Bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Greenply Industries Limited (Demerged Company) and Greenpanel Industries Limited (Resulting Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors on 28.06.2019.

Copy of order passed by the Honble Guwahati Bench of National Company Law Tribunal is enclosed for your record.
