Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RTA had on 22nd July, 2019 received some requests from the Shareholders regarding loss of their Share Certificates. In response to their requests, RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. Upon receipt of the relevant papers and valid documents, Duplicate Share Certificate will be issued within statutory time limit from the date of receipt of the valid documents.

We are enclosing herewith the Statement displaying the details of the requests received.
