Irb Infrastructure Developers Ltd. - Board Meeting On July 25, 2018

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 to consider and take on record, among other things:

1) Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018.
2) Declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19.
3) Enabling resolution for raising of funds by issue of securities including but not limited to Equity Shares, American Depository Receipts/Global Depository Receipts / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) and /or non-convertible debentures along with warrants (NCDs and Warrants) and/or any securities convertible into Equity Shares through public and/or private offerings and/or on preferential allotment basis, including to qualified institutional buyers by way of Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) in terms of the Chapter VIII of the ICDR Regulations, in one or more tranches or any combination thereof subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and other applicable, if any.

The record date for the purpose of interim dividend, if declared, is August 2, 2018.

Please note that as per Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed and will be open 48 hours after the announcement of financials results to the public.
