Kamdhenu Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2019, inter alia, have recommended dividend for the financial year 2018-19 at the rate of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid. The dividend will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration and approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to those shareholders whose name is appearing in the Register of Members/Beneficial ownership as on the Record Date.
