We would like to inform you that separate Meetings of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company are being convened and held on Tuesday, the 6th August, 2019 pursuant to the directions of the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Branch (NCLT) vide its order dated June 18, 2019 in Company Application No. CA(CAA) No. 665/KB/2019, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving the Scheme of Arrangement between Kesoram Industries Limited and Birla Tyres Limited and their Respective Shareholders.
