This is to inform you that the 35th Annual General Meeting of Kore Foods Limited is scheduled to be held at its registered office at Vision House, Tivim Industrial Estate, Mapusa Goa- 403526 on Tuesday, 04th September, 2018 at 03.00 P.M.


E-voting will commence on 31 August, 2018 (9. 00 A.M) and ends on 03rd September, 2018(5.00 P.M). Cutoff date for eligibility for e-voting is 28th August 2018.


The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 29th August 2018 to 04th September 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ensuring Annual General Meeting.
