Mideast (India) Ltd. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with Companys Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders (The Code), the trading window will remain closed for persons covered under the Code from 1st July, 2019 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019.

The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 will be intimated separately.
