We hereby inform the Stock Exchanges that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Companys code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and as per BSE Circul ar Rf. No. U ST/COMP/01 /2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 on clarification regarding trading restriction period, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and immediate relatives of the designated persons with immediate effect i.e. from July 3, 2019 till 48 hours of the declaration of the unaudited Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2019.
