MOHIT INDUSTRIES LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1) To fix the date, time and venue of the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and to approve the Draft Notice of 29th AGM of Company.
2) To Consider and fix the book closure period in connection with 29th AGM of Company.
3) To approve the Directors Report for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019 and other related matters.
4) To consider raising fund through conversion of loan into Equity Shares on Preferential basis to Promoter Group.
5) To Increase the Authorized Share Capital and alteration of the capital clause in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, if required.
