Notice of Postal Ballot

This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 the Company is in the process of conducting postal ballot (including voting by electronic means) for seeking approval of members of the Company for alteration of the Articles of Association of the Company. In terms of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice dated 29th March, 2017 alongwith the Postal Ballot Form for alteration of the Articles of Association of the Company. In this connection, please note that the voting would commence on Friday, 21st April, 2017 at 9.00 am and shall remain open for a period of 30 days i.e. till Saturday, 20th May, 2017 at 5.00 pm. CS Manish L. Ghia, Partner, M/s Manish Ghia & Associates, Company Secretaries, Mumbai has been appointed as Scrutinizer for conducting Postal Ballot process in fair and transparent manner.
