NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF THE 29Th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE COMPANY

NOTICE is hereby given that due to concurrence of certain unforeseen circumstances the 29th Annual General meeting of the Company earlier scheduled to be held on Thursday, 10th day of August, 2017 is postponed and will now be held on Saturday, 12th day of August, 2017 at 12:00 PM at Bharatiya Bhasha Parishad (Sitaram Seksaria Auditorium), 36A, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata-700017 to transact the business mentioned in the notice. The dates for the closure of the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall be from 06th day of August, 2017 to 12th day of August, 2017(both days inclusive).
