Nrb Bearings Ltd. - NRB Bearings Limited: Fixes Book Closure For Dividend & AGM

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, August 3, 2019 to Friday, August 9, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the ensuing 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, August 9, 2019 and payment of dividend.

The dividend, if declared at the said AGM, will be paid within 30 days of its declaration, to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company and/or Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories, as on the record date, i.e. August 2, 2019.

We request you to kindly take the same on record.
