Outcome of Board Meeting

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you the followings:

(1) Appointment of Mr. Pramod Kumar Shah as an Additional Director in the Independent Category of the Company for a period of 3 (Three) years with effect from 13th November, 2017 till 12th November, 2020 subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The Board of Directors has also appointed Mr. Pramod Kumar Shah as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board.

(2) Mr. Dilip Kumar Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from today i.e., 13th November, 2017.

(3) Mr. Manoj Agarwal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from today i.e., 13th November, 2017.
