In compliance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, 14th August, 2018 at Registered office situated at 302, Vikas Commercial Complex, Vikas Paradise, Bhakti Marg, Mulund (West), Mumbai 400080 considered and approved the following matters
1. Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Further, meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03.00 pm and concluded at 04.00 pm.
