We wish to inform you that the 24th Annual General Meeting of the company has been Scheduled to be held on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Plot No 39, Block No D III , MIDC Chinchwad , Pune 411 019.

Further, the Register of Members and share transfer books of the company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 4, 2018 to Monday, September 10, 2018 (Both days Inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
