SANDU PHARMACEUTICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 29th day of May, 2019 at 5.00 p.m at the Corporate Office of the Company at Sandu Pharmaceuticals Limited, Sandu Nagar, D K Sandu Marg, Chembur, Mumbai 400 071 to consider the following
1.Approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March 2019.
2.Any other matter with the permission of Chairman.


In Compliance with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) we would also like to inform that the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall be closed for the Companys Directors/Officer and designated employees of the Company from the opening of Trading hours on Tuesday, 02nd day of April 2019 till 48 hours after announcement of financial results to public in compliances with the code of conduct for prevention of Insider.
