We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13.08.2018 has appointed Mr.Kamal Kishore Chowdhury existing Director of the Company having DIN No. 06742937 as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 13th August, 2018 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
