The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8th April, 2019, have inter-alia approved the following item of agenda:

? Appointment of Ms. Vinita Surana as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) w.e.f. 8th April, 2019 who is presently holding the office of Whole-time Director, a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Ms.Vinita Surana holds a Degree in M.sc. International Business and Management from Manchester Business School and International Diploma Program (Business Administration) from University of California, Ms.Vinita Surana also holds MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Currently she is hoding the office of Whole-Time Director and looking after day to day company affairs, administration, and finance activities of the Company.
