This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Monday, 17th June, 2019 at the registered office of the Company approved the notice of the 17th Annual General Meeting to be held on 22nd July, 2019.

Also As per Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 16th July, 2019 to Monday, 22nd July, 2019 both days inclusive, for the purpose of the said Annual General Meeting.
