Syncom Healthcare Ltd - Notice Of Book Closure And Annual General Meeting

We wish to inform you that the 17th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on 22nd July 2019. The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 16th July, 2019 to 22nd July, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM, in compliance with provisions of SEBI(LODR)Regulations 2015.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration)Rules, 2014, the Company is providing its members facility to exercise their right to vote in respect of business to be transacted at the AGM by electronics means.
The Company has engaged the services of NSDL as Authorised Agency to provide e-voting facilities. The members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. July 15, 2019, may cast vote electronically.
The date of commencement of remote e-voting is from 09:00 a.m. on July 19, 2019 upto 5:00 p.m. on July 21, 2019.
