With reference to the above stated subject, we have received your letter dated 8th January, 2018 No. LIST/COMP/530949/102/2017-18 regarding completion of formalities for revocation of suspension. The following is the clarification of Note: C of Annexure I attached with your letter:
i) Total Issued Capital includes the 3500000 unlisted Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each. Hence, Listed Capital is less than the Capital Issued by the company.
ii) In Shareholding pattern only Listed Equity share is mentioned i.e. 6308753.
iii) Quarterly results are prepared in the figures of crores. Therefore we mentioned the paid up equity share capital of Rs. 6.31 crores by rounding of the figure 63087530/-.
