This is to inform that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and clarification issued by BSE Limited vide its circular dated April 2, 2019 bearing no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from July 1, 2019 for the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) till forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.

The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 will be intimated in due course.

You are kindly requested to take the same on record and to inform all those concerned.
