Visesh Infotecnics Ltd. - Outcome of Board Meeting

This is in connection with Outcome of Board meeting held on 30th May 2019 and results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 submitted with the exchanges.

In this regards it is submitted that the Outcome of the Board meeting held on 30th May 2019 which concluded at 11.55 p.m., should have been submitted by 12.25, however, the same could only be submitted only on 31st May 2019 at 1:15 a.m. The delay in submission of outcome of the Board Meeting was due to a major power failure occurred at around midnight i.e. 0000 hours in our office premises. The power resumed at around 1:15 a.m. after which the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 30th May 2019 and the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st May 2019 could be uploaded.

The delay in submission of outcome of the Board Meeting held on 30th May 2019 and the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st May 2019 was neither intentional nor deliberate but for the reasons stated hereinabove and request you to kindly condone the delay.
