This is with reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Please be informed that Ms. Swati Sunil Talgaonkar has resigned from the offices of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closing of business hours of 22nd April, 2019 due to personal reasons.

Further, please note that Mr. Kishan S Rao, CFO of the Company has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 22nd April, 2019.

Kindly take the above on record and treat this as compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
