Vxl Instruments Ltd. - Closure of Trading Window

This is with reference to captioned subject, we hereby inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to time. The Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 4thApril, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019.
During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Companys Shares/Securities.
The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the 4th quarter and financial year ended 31stMarch, 2019 will be intimated in due course.
