Z.F.Steering Gear (India) Ltd. - Outcome of Board Meeting

At the meeting of the Board Directors held today, on the basis of recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board inter-alia has:

- Re-designated Mr. Dinesh Munot as Whole-time Director & Chairman of the Company, from August 1, 2019 till July 27, 2021 (remaining term) of his present appointment, subject to the approval of the Members.

- Re-designated Mr. Utkarsh Munot as Managing Director of the Company, from August 1, 2019 till May 18, 2021 (remaining term) of his present appointment, subject to the approval of the Members.

- Re- appointment of Mr. S. A. Gundecha as an Independent Director, for a second term of 5 years from September 15, 2019 to September 14, 2024, subject to the approval of the Members. He is not related to any director of the Company.
