ZUARI GLOBAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/06/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) and other applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India
(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements} Regulations, 2015, as amended ("SEBI LODR Regulations") the Company informs that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 26th June, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for Issue of INR Denominated, Secured, Listed, Rated, Non-Convertible Debenture on private placement basis.

Therefore, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with code of conduct of the Company, the "Trading Window", for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 22nd June, 2019 till 28th June, 2019 (both days inclusive} for all the Insiders, Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated persons of the Company.
