The 86th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is being convened on Monday, 21st May, 2018 at its Registered Office, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018 and dividend, if any, for the year 2017-18. As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed for directors and designated employees of the Company from 12.05.2018 till 23.05.2018(both days inclusive)
