A INFRASTRUCTURE LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Further, in pursuant to Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and other persons covered under the Code from 01st August, 2018 to 13th August, 2018 (both days inclusive).
