Kindly be informed that in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for, inter alia, considering, approving and taking on record the Companys Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/Nine months ended on 31st December, 2017, will be held on 3rd February, 2018. This may please be treated as our compliance of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Notice of the Meeting will be published as required by the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
