Outcome of Board Meeting is as under: 1. The Board, based on the recommendation of Audit Committee has approved the audited financial and segment wise results of the Company (Consolidated as well as Standalone) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 along with Auditors Report thereon and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at the year ended 31st March 2019 and In compliance of Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, (hereinafter referred as Listing Regulations) we are pleased to submit the same. The enclosed quarterly and year ended financial results are available on website of BSE & NSE and on the Companys website at www.aarveedenims.com. 2. We hereby further declare that the Audited financial results (Consolidated as well as Standalone) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 submitted by M/s Shah & Shah Associates, Chartered Accountant, Ahmedabad (Firm Registration No. 113742W) were unmodified.
