The Board has considered and approved the following: 1.The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2018; 2. Limited Review Report for the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2018 from our Statutory Auditors, M/s Borkar & Muzumdar, Chartered Accountants in the terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
