The unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018. b. To discuss any other matters with approval of the Chairman. 2. As per the Company`s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 6th August, 2018 till the completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Ace Men Engg Works Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
