Ace Men Engg Works Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 3.30 P.M. at the registered office of the Company situated at 102, Milestone Commercial Complex, Kashi Vishwanath Road, Nagnath Gate, Jamnagar 361001, Gujarat, inter alia, to 1. consider, approve & take on record the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2019 as per Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulation; 2. consider and discuss any other items as may be decided by the Board of Directors of the Company. Further, the closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for all designated Employees (including Directors) will end 48 hours after the financial results are made in public on May 24, 2019
