Dear Sir/Maam, Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Monday, February 11, 2019 commenced at 04:45 p.m. and concluded at m 05:30 p.m. has inter-alia approved the following items with the requisite majority: 1.Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018 duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held today. 2.Limited Review Report on the standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018.
