ADOR WELDING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 along with Segmentwise Revenue, Results & Capital Employed for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 and as on 30th June, 2019 respectively. Further, as already informed vide our letter dated 28th June, 2019, kindly note that the trading window of the Company has been closed from 01st July, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 i.e. till 27th July, 2019.
