Advance Metering Technology Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , we hereby inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 30th May, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. at 06th Floor, Plot No. 19 & 20, Sector-142, Noida- 201301 (U.P.), inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2019 in accordance with the Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulation.
