In continuation to our earlier letter dated 6th July, 2019 pertaining to the alteration of the main object of the MOA of the Company, the Company had conducted the Postal Ballot for obtaining the Shareholders approval in terms of the Regulation 44 of SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to update that due to unintentional mechanical error, the summary of the results of Postal Ballot was left as an attachment to the covering letter.
