Following matters were approved by the Board by appropriate majority; 1) Approve the audited Standalone Financial Results for the half year/ Year ended on 31st March, 2019. 2) Standalone Auditors Report for the half year/ year ended on 31st March, 2019. 3) Declaration under Regulation 33(3) (d) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. 4) Appoint CS Piyush Jethva, Practicing Company Secretary, Rajkot as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
