ALEMBIC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the captioned matter, the Exchange is hereby informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 15th May, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019. Further, in continuation of our communication dated 3rd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all insiders, as defined under the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives which has been closed from 1st April, 2019 will remain closed upto 17th May, 2019 for the above purpose in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
